2009 bay area investors dinner

On Thursday, November 12, 2009, 302 Summer Search supporters from the financial services community attended the  Bay Area Investors Dinner at the Carnelian Room in San Francisco!  From this one event, with their generous support, we were able to raise almost $200,000, which provides a full year of mentoring by dedicated, trained staff for 120 deserving Bay Area students.  With the host committee underwriting the entire cost of the event, and the Summer Search Board covering all Summer Search administrative costs, 100% of every dollar donated goes directly into the students, and every dollar yields a $24 rate of return over the student’s lifetime.  What better investment can we make but in our future leaders?
