SUMMER SEARCH SOPHOMORE STUDENT HANDBOOK
The Sophomore Handbook is mailed to every student who is accepted into Summer Search. The online version does not contain exactly the same things that the one you received in the mail does—for example, the student and parent/guardian contracts are not on the website because we want to make sure they only go out to sophomores who are accepted into the program.
In addition to welcoming you to the program, this online handbook covers the following important things:
- What you will do over the spring to prepare for your first summer program
- What you will do after your summer program and during the fall of your junior year
This handbook also includes basic information about what you can expect in your junior and senior years, and as an alumnus or alumna of the program. You will be given separate handbooks in your junior and senior years that will provide more detail, but we thought you should know what the whole program looks like, right from the start.
You can also explore this website to find out more about Summer Search and hear our stories!
